Stellah offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is the property of Stellah and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
